Mr. Vishal Suri is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at SOTC Travel Limited. A strategic leader with over 3 decades of working experience and 15 illustrious years of expertise in the travel industry, Mr. Suri spearheads the business with his innovative and proactive strategic planning and strong management skills.

A well-structured, dynamic and result-oriented leader, Mr. Suri ardently believes in inspiring his colleagues to think par excellence, and developing a culture of success, collaboration and excellence in the Organization.

Prior to his elevation to the current role, Mr. Suri was the Chief Executive Officer-Tour Operating at SOTC Travel (formerly Kuoni India). He joined Kuoni-Tour Operating in August 2012 post his 7-years long stint with Thomas Cook India, where he was the Chief Operating Officer- Leisure Travel (Outbound & Domestic). In the course of his career, Mr. Suri has successfully led roles while rolling out new products and business models in consumer businesses. Known for his exceptional people skills, Mr. Suri holds a sound reputation of managing and developing dynamic teams.

Mr. Suri is extremely passionate about the tourism industry and believes in delivering extraordinary experiences to every customer. He holds a graduate degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and attended Executive Management Programs at leading business schools like IIM Bangalore, Henley Business School UK & London Business School UK to constantly keep widening his horizons as a trailblazer.

Mr. Vishal Suri was appointed as the Director on the Board of TC TOURS LIMITED w.e.f January 30, 2025.

Debasis Nandy, is a Chartered Accountant and a Finance Professional. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Debasis has been a part of the Executive Development Programme at Wharton and London Business School.

Debasis has been with Thomas Cook India since 2008 and is presently the President & Group Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the field of Finance & Accounts, with stints at Piramal Healthcare, Aviva, ICI and Indian Aluminium.

Debasis is responsible for and oversees the Finance & Accounts function of Thomas Cook India Group Companies, which span across 4 continents and 24 countries.

With his expertise and diverse experience, Debasis plays a significant role in the performance of the Company and is a key member of the Group Management Committee.

Mr. Debasis Nandy joined the Board of TC TOURS LIMITED with effect from July 15, 2013..

Mr. Rambhau Kenkare is Company Secretary and a Law Professional, he joined Thomas Cook (India) Limited in 1998 as Head - Legal & Company Secretary. Mr. Kenkare has more than 30 years of experience in the travel, airline and manufacturing industry having worked with Blue Dart Express Limited, Blue Dart Aviation Limited, Damania Airways Limited and Ceat Limited.

He is responsible for Legal, Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Administration related matters of the in India, and its subsidiaries in Mauritius, Sri Lanka, India, Hong Kong, branch offices in London, New York, Tokyo and representative offices in Barcelona, Beijing and Osaka. He is also a Director in TC Tours Limited

Mr. Rambhau Kenkare joined the Board of TC TOURS LIMITED with effect from July 16, 2012.

Mr. Mahesh Iyer is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Cook (India) Limited and been with the company for 29 years. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, he has held multiple roles in the Company including that of Head of Foreign Exchange, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Iyer holds direct responsibility for the company’s P&L, strategic planning, operations, nurturing and building key relationships as well as building a sustainable growth oriented organization that maximizes value for all its stakeholders.

He holds a master’s degree in marketing management from JBIMS (Mumbai) and has successfully completed a Business Management degree from IIM-Calcutta.

Mr. Mahesh Iyer joined the Board of TC TOURS LIMITED with effect from January 30, 2025.

Mrs. Mona Cheriyan is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in various industries, specialising in Human Resource Management, with a robust background in executing swift workforce strategies that are technology-based and future-focused.

She has held senior leadership roles at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd and ASK Investment Holdings Ltd. She is currently President & Group Head Human Resources at Thomas Cook (I) Ltd where she is managing a global workforce, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. She is the rapporteur of the NRC at Thomas Cook (India) Ltd and Director on the board of TC Tours Ltd. She is also an Independent Director on the board of Haldyn Glass Limited. She is also the Vice President of the National HRD Network, Mumbai Chapter and an expert in strengthening diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives across corporate India.

Mrs. Mona Cheriyan joined the Board of TC TOURS LIMITED with effect from January 24, 2024.
